A Journey from Slavery to Freedom

In Social Studies class, we learned about the nine African American students in Little Rock, Arkansas who were the first blacks student to attend Little Rock Central High. We also learned about the hardship that these students went through in order to attend this institution. Put yourself in the shoes of the “Little Rock Nine Students” and write down how you would feel if you had to enter on all white school. Explain why you would feel this way.
